Is Pregnancy Yoga for me?

The simple answer yes, pregnancy yoga is for you. Yoga is for everybody who feels inclined to practice it. Obviously there are differences to mainstream yoga classes. If you are a seasoned yogi you might find that yoga for pregnancy takes the focus off the stretches and instead puts the focus equally on the needs of the mind, body and soul.

Every woman, body and pregnancy is different, and with this is mind there is no right or wrong way to practice. if you listen to your body you will gain the most benefits for you and your baby.
